PROFILE OF E.K.SALIM

I am from 1977 Electrical batch. Started my career in the Electricity Department of Goa and then joined Western India Erectors Ltd., Poona in 1981 and worked for their overseas projects in Saudi Arabia for 5 years. In 1985 returned to Kerala and joined Peninsula Polymers Ltd., Trivandrum. I left the company in 1990 and joined Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. and worked for their power plant project in Saudi Arabia. In 1992 returned and again joined Peninsula Polymers Ltd, Trivandrum as Works Manager. While holding the position of Deputy General Manager in Peninsula Polymers Ltd, Trivandrum (presently Terumo Penpol Ltd.) I left the company in 1997 to join Saudi Electricity Company, Dammam,Saudi Arabia. I am still continuing with Saudi Electricity Company and working as Senior Engineer for Power plant Projects.

Visited USA ,  Singapore,  Taiwan and Thailand in connection with my works.
