Sree Bhadra Parks and Resorts Ltd., the Promoters of Baywatch Kanyakumari, is an enterprise of multi crore and multi faceted group under the auspices of Sree Bhadra trust.  The company is a fully dedicated corporation involved in project consultancy, development and strategizing leisure and tourism development in the country.  Since its inception in 1957, Sree Bhadra group enjoys an enviable trust among its investors, supporters, shareholders, and employees.  The mission of the company is to bring into realization an Entertainment Township of International standard at Kanyakumari providing the most modern features and services ultimately converting it into a unique destination in the International books of Entertainment.

Baywatch Kanyakumari became

India’s First ISO 9001:2000 Certified Amusement Park.

The Company was promoted by the members of Kanjirappilly Mana situated in Kakkoor, Muvattupuzha Taluk, about 50 kms away from the City of Kochi, uphold the true values of Indian tradition and culture. Baywatch Amusement Park is their latest venture and it is run by a management team comprising:

Sri K.N. Sankaran Namboodiripad    --Director, Marketing & Communication. 

Baywatch is the country’s first amusement park feathered with ISO; 9001-2000 Certificate for its quality management process, Customer Care, Cleanliness, Safety and above all Satisfaction.  

The Company entered into the amusement and entertainment activity and completed the construction of an Amusement Park in the name of Baywatch Amusement Park in Kanyakumari, the southern tip of India.  The cost of the Project reached to Rs.9.00 crores.

It was inaugurated in February 2003 and is functioning successfully. 

After thoroughly studying the taste of the tourists, demand for comforts and entertainment, the Company has decided to expand its project by adding the following:- 

1. A Magic Village by 15th August 2005, in association with Magic Academy
2. Accommodation by constructing Hotel/Resort/Cottages/Dormitory as a relief to tourists who are now forced to halt at either at Trivandrum or Kovalam.

The Company is poised to declare its interim dividend by September 2005,

The Company is accepting Fixed Deposits and  receiving investments through equity shares from the relatives and friends of the promoters.
