Achievement of objectives Society not for profit |

|
|
(1) The income and the property of the Association shall be applied solely towards the promotion of the objects of the Association and no part thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividend, bonus, interest or otherwise by way of profit to persons who, at any time are, or have been members of the Association or to any one or more of them or to any person claiming through any one or more of them, provided that nothing herein contained shall prevent the payment in good faith of remuneration to any employee of the Association in return for services rendered to the Association or payment of interest at a reasonable rate on money borrowed, or expenses incurred by a member or anyone so empowered in connection with the work of the Association. No member of the Association shall have any personal claim on any movable "or immovable"(inserted) properties of the Association or make any profit, whatsoever, by virtue of his membership. |

(2) The benefits of the Association are open to all "concerned"(inserted), irrespective of caste, religion, creed or sex. |

Life Members |
|||
|
|
“(1)” (Inserted) The Members who have paid a Life Membership fee, as defined in Clause 12.1 shall be referred to as Life Members. |

(Inserted) “(2) On completion of the course and successful employment within a year, each the student recipients of the TAGA scholarships/sponsorships is normally expected to must enroll as a Life Members, no later than 3 months from the commencement of the employment joining service.” |

(9) When there are more than 8 nominations, "the nominations which violate the balanced distribution among region/age/batch need to be put for a preliminary voting among the whole voting membership, in individual ballots. The nominations, which get highest number of votes, will be put again for voting along with the remaining nominations. Those 8 nominations, which get the highest number of votes amongst the Voting Members, shall be considered to be" (deleted) "these will be put to the eligible voting membership of the TAGA General Body and ranked in the descending order of the number of votes obtained for each nominee. From this ranked list, the first 8 nominees who satisfy the balanced distribution of region and batch shall be considered to be."
